Financial Considerations

Payment at Time of Visit
Professional services are normally provided on a cash basis at the time services are rendered (unless other definite financial arrangements have been made). We accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
Insurance
Our office is happy to cooperate with patients who have dental insurance. We ask that you read your policy and be aware of any limitations of the benefits provided. We require that you pay any deductible or percentage you owe at the time of treatment. We gladly file insurance forms as a courtesy to our patients. Any insurance payment made to us will be credited to your account. Any overpayment will be promptly refunded to you. These services are offered on the basis that you are ultimately responsible for your account and your insurance company is responsible to you.
Care Credit
Flexible payment options are available through Care Credit. This option allows payments to be carried out at no interest over a 3-month, 6 month or 12 month time period. If you have any questions about the Care Credit phase, ask a member of our staff.
Dental Fee Plan
Flexible payment options for large treatment plans. This option gives you more time to pay for treatment you want.
